Q. Will you customize balloons?

Q. Will table centerpieces obstruct the view of the person across from me?

No. They are designed for socializing and will float above eye-level.

Q. Can you come visit the event location?

Yes. Just call and make an appointment.

Q. Do you do balloon drops?

Yes. We will work with you to figure out all the details.

Q. If I blow up balloons by mouth, will they float?

No, only balloons inflated with helium will float.

Q. How long will balloons float?

Helium filled, 11" latex balloons will float for 8-10 hours or 3-5 days when treated with Hi-Float. Mylar balloons will float for up to one week. Bubbles will float for 2-3 weeks. Air filled balloon designs can last for weeks indoors!

Q. How long do balloons last outdoors?

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.

Q. Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Mylar (or foil) balloons are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled.

Q. I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?

Yes, but we can not guarantee the quality of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for that balloon. We also can not speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us.

Q. What if I have a problem with a latex allergy?

We are certainly sensitive to the needs of latex allergies! If you really love balloons like we do (and seriously, who doesn't LOVE balloons?) there are alternative types of balloons (foil and/or plastic) that we have often employed when a latex allergy exists at your event.
